Games are played on workdays after school or work through the summer on a Monday.
A summer of Fun Recreation Five's right in the centre of the city, on the artificial pitch at English Park.
Registrations are now done through Google Forms. Registrations close on the 2nd of February.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PURCHASE ITEM :-
1. Click below on the item you wish to purchase.
2. This will take you to an overview page of the competition Info. Click next.
3. Once you have clicked next please select which competition you want to take part in.
4. Fill out the Survey information required.
5. Click "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the registration form.

Payment Options
- CASH: Bring to Mainland Football Office, 127 Cranford St. Do not post cash.
- INTERNET BANKING: Mainland Football 12 3209 0434671 00. Ref: Summer Five's + team name. Please email confirmation of payment to: lisa@mff.nz (Please note there is no additional bank fees)
- CHEQUE: Payable to Mainland Football. Post to Mainland Football, Summer Five's, PO Box 21122, Christchurch 8143
CREDIT CARD: if you prefer to pay by credit card, you will need to either call Lisa (0272724063) to complete the transaction over the phone, or come in to the Mainland Football Office, 127 Cranford St.
