Comp Structure:
- Single round robin (7 weeks)
- Split Top 4, Bottom 4 (3 weeks)
- Top 2/3 will Qualify for the NW Premiership (this is dependent on the SIQL qualification)
- The remaining teams will move into hte NW Championship
