As you may be aware some members have not received their individual MyComet usernames and passwords from NZ Football.
Mainland Football has opened a ‘help-desk’ to support the members of our federation with their profiles. The ‘help-desk’ will be available via the email info@Mainlandfootball.co.nz for members to email in and request their MyComet login details. When emailing the Help-Desk, please make sure you include your First and Last Name, Date of Birth and Current Club to assist us in processing your request.
This support package is in place to take the workload off club administrators answering individual queries from their members who can’t access MyComet to register for the season.
Therefore we ask clubs, when sending out registration information for 2018, to include a note that includes something similar to, “for members who have not received MyComet details please contact info@Mainlandfootball.co.nz ”. The attached graphic will be posted on the Mainland Football Facebook and Twitter feeds today, should your club wish to ‘share’ or ‘retweet’ out to their members. Please feel free to use this graphic as you see fit.
As a federation we are confident that this system is going to be a huge success going forward and make the administration of football easier for all. Thanks for your support to date – we’re looking forward to reaping the benefits long-term with everyone!
Mainland Football will continue to update clubs with information when it comes to hand. Please feel free to get in touch with any further questions.
