Relevant candidates will have appropriate experience working within the Mainland Premier League or equivalent. Holding a NZF Senior Level 2 award is a minimum requirement for this position. The successful applicant must be available from the beginning of pre season (Late January) and be able to commit to 3x trainings per week (mixture of morning and evening). We have recently merged with the Christchurch Football Academy which has been providing a development programme for young players from 4 to 12-years-old.
Christchurch United Football Club Youth Academy wishes to employ an experienced Academy Director in a permanent full-time position based in Christchurch, to manage its high-performance academy for 13-15 year olds, developing players for our first team and potentially a professional career.
The ideal candidate should have relevant work experience working in a European professional football academy and at least a UEFA A Youth License or the equivalent license from another FIFA Confederations.
Any youth football management academic qualifications from a National Football Federation would be an advantage
